It is used for cooling, folding and depositing the rubber strip that comes from the open mills or twin screw extruder. It is designed to perform continuous operations of rubber slab conveying, separate applying, air cooling, drying, cutting and wig-wag stacking.

The Rubber Compound Film Air Cooling Batch Off Machine is a commonly used cooling device in the production of rubber products. The production of tires, cables, rubber hoses and other rubber products is made much easier when the rubber sheets are cooled using this equipment. It cools and dries the rubber sheet produced in rubber mixing mills or rubber sheet presses so that they can be properly stored.
After kneading, mixing, the rubber material has been pressed to be hot rubber strip/sheet.
This Rubber Batch Off Cooling Machine unit can make the hot rubber strip/sheet cooling and dip release agent.
Rubber batch off cooler machine unit work procedure is:
1. Take the hot rubber strip/sheet in, coat it with release agent.
2. Hang the rubber strip/sheet on festoons, cool and dry it by fans.
3. Stack rubber strip/sheet on pallet.
The Rubber Batch Off Cooling Machine body consists of inlet module, cooling device, lifting device, festoon module, down swing device, operating platform, and ladder etc. The electrical control system is in a control box, and set emergency control device on the machine.
